Data Security & Privacy | डेटा सुरक्षा एवं गोपनीयता

RAJNISH WORLDS will take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Client’s data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Student, teacher, employee, examination, fee, salary, and other confidential information shall be treated as private and used only for providing agreed services, subject to applicable law.

RAJNISH WORLDS ग्राहक के डेटा को अनधिकृत पहुँच, हानि, दुरुपयोग या प्रकटीकरण से सुरक्षित रखने हेतु उचित तकनीकी एवं संगठनात्मक उपाय करेगा। छात्र, शिक्षक, कर्मचारी, परीक्षा, फीस, वेतन एवं अन्य गोपनीय जानकारी को निजी रखा जाएगा तथा लागू कानून के अधीन केवल सहमत सेवाएँ प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से उपयोग किया जाएगा।

Software Ownership & No Copying | सॉफ्टवेयर स्वामित्व एवं कॉपी पर प्रतिबंध

All software, source code, designs, database structures, modules, features, documentation, and intellectual property developed or owned by RAJNISH WORLDS shall remain the exclusive property of RAJNISH WORLDS. The Client shall not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, distribute, sublicense, or provide the software/source code to any third party without prior written permission from RAJNISH WORLDS.

सॉफ्टवेयर, सोर्स कोड, डिजाइन, डेटाबेस संरचना, मॉड्यूल, फीचर्स, दस्तावेज एवं RAJNISH WORLDS द्वारा विकसित या स्वामित्व वाली अन्य बौद्धिक संपदा पर पूर्ण अधिकार RAJNISH WORLDS का रहेगा। ग्राहक RAJNISH WORLDS की पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के बिना सॉफ्टवेयर/सोर्स कोड की कॉपी, संशोधन, रिवर्स-इंजीनियरिंग, पुनर्विक्रय, वितरण या किसी तीसरे पक्ष को उपलब्ध नहीं करा सकता।

Data Handover on Service Termination | सेवा समाप्ति पर डेटा हस्तांतरण

Upon termination or discontinuation of services, and subject to settlement of all outstanding dues, RAJNISH WORLDS will provide the Client’s available data, including student, teacher/employee, examination, fee, and salary details, in a reasonably available/exportable format. After handover, the Client shall be responsible for securely preserving and managing the provided data.

सेवा समाप्त होने पर तथा सभी बकाया राशि के भुगतान के अधीन, RAJNISH WORLDS ग्राहक का उपलब्ध डेटा, जिसमें छात्र, शिक्षक/कर्मचारी, परीक्षा, फीस एवं वेतन संबंधी विवरण शामिल हैं, उचित उपलब्ध/निर्यात योग्य प्रारूप में प्रदान करेगा। डेटा हस्तांतरण के बाद उसे सुरक्षित रखने एवं प्रबंधित करने की जिम्मेदारी ग्राहक की होगी।

Enhancement & Customization | नए फीचर्स एवं कस्टमाइजेशन

Any new feature, enhancement, customization, module, integration, modification, or additional development requested by the Client shall be undertaken according to the scope, charges, and timeline mutually agreed upon between the Client and RAJNISH WORLDS. Applicable charges and timelines shall be communicated and agreed upon before commencement of such work.

ग्राहक द्वारा मांगे गए किसी भी नए फीचर, सुधार, कस्टमाइजेशन, मॉड्यूल, इंटीग्रेशन, संशोधन या अतिरिक्त डेवलपमेंट का कार्य ग्राहक एवं RAJNISH WORLDS के बीच आपसी सहमति से तय किए गए कार्यक्षेत्र, शुल्क एवं समय-सीमा के अनुसार किया जाएगा। कार्य शुरू करने से पहले संबंधित शुल्क एवं समय-सीमा पर सहमति की जाएगी।

Discontinuation of Service | सेवा बंद करने का अधिकार

RAJNISH WORLDS reserves the right to discontinue the software or related services by providing the Client with at least one (1) month’s prior written notice. During the notice period, reasonable assistance will be provided for data handover/export, subject to settlement of outstanding dues and applicable terms.

RAJNISH WORLDS ग्राहक को कम से कम एक (1) माह पूर्व लिखित सूचना देकर सॉफ्टवेयर या संबंधित सेवाएँ बंद करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। सूचना अवधि के दौरान सभी बकाया भुगतान एवं लागू शर्तों के अधीन डेटा हस्तांतरण/निर्यात हेतु उचित सहयोग प्रदान किया जाएगा।

Acceptance | स्वीकृति

By subscribing to, accessing, or continuing to use the software/services, the Client confirms that it has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

सॉफ्टवेयर/सेवाओं की सदस्यता लेने, उपयोग करने या उपयोग जारी रखने पर ग्राहक यह स्वीकार करता है कि उसने इन नियमों एवं शर्तों को पढ़ा, समझा और स्वीकार किया है।

Training & Free Support | प्रशिक्षण एवं निःशुल्क सहायता

RAJNISH WORLDS will continue to provide ongoing support, including after the initial two-month free support period.

RAJNISH WORLDS शुरुआती दो माह की निःशुल्क सहायता अवधि के बाद भी निरंतर सहायता प्रदान करता रहेगा।

RAJNISH WORLDS provides one (1) month of training and two (2) months of free support. The paid subscription starts after the first month, with monthly billing as selected below. The free support period does not postpone subscription charges.

RAJNISH WORLDS द्वारा एक (1) माह का प्रशिक्षण और दो (2) माह की निःशुल्क सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। सशुल्क सदस्यता पहले माह के बाद शुरू होगी और नीचे चुने गए मासिक आधार पर शुल्क लागू होगा। निःशुल्क सहायता की अवधि के कारण सदस्यता शुल्क की शुरुआत आगे नहीं बढ़ेगी।
